Our Kabana is made from local pork and beef, lightly seasoned and then smoked, by our team of butchers out our Westridge store.
Cut into bite-sized chunks and eat cold as an appetiser or snack, often with cubes of cheese and crackers.
Our Produce is sourced locally, which supports local farmers:
- Beef is from the Darling Downs
- Lamb is from Warwick
- Pork is from the Pilton Valley
- Chicken is from Mount Cotton
